In October, the share of personal visits in the overall structure of multichannel drug promotion decreased to a minimum in 2021 - 56%, while in September the figure was 65%. Earlier, personal visits at the level of 54-56% were noted in the IV quarter of last year.




     Against this background, the share of digital channels (email newsletters, online conferences, webinars) increased to 38% against 30% in September. This is evidenced by the data provided by the Ipsos company, which are at the disposal of "PV".


     The share of personal communications of medical representatives among all types of contacts is quite stable - 92%. The indicator has not changed since August-September. The obtained data indicates the completion of the communication of medical representatives with activities using corporate channels (email newsletters, online conferences, webinars). The share of offline events was 6%.
